At Synergy Resources (SYRG), a filing with the SEC revealed that on Wednesday, Director George L. Seward purchased 20,000 shares of SYRG, for a cost of $12.05 each, for a total investment of $241,000. Synergy Resources is trading off about 0.8% on the day Monday. Before this latest buy, Seward made one other buy in the past year, purchasing $299,661 shares at a cost of $8.71 a piece.
