Allegion, a leading global security products and solutions provider, today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.27 per ordinary share of the company. The dividend is payable on June 28, 2019, to shareholders of record on June 14, 2019.

R.R. Donnelley & Sons today announced a regular quarterly dividend of 3 cents per common share. The dividend will be paid on June 3, 2019 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 15, 2019.
