Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE:LLY) has declared a dividend for the third quarter of 2019 of $0.645 per share on outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable September 10, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 15, 2019.
Equity Residential (NYSE:EQR) declared quarterly dividends on the Company's common and preferred shares. A regular common share dividend for the second quarter of $0.5675 per share will be paid on July 12, 2019 to shareholders of record on June 28, 2019.
Cousins Properties (NYSE:CUZ) has declared a cash dividend of $0.29 per common share for the second quarter of 2019. This dividend is consistent with the first quarter 2019 dividend of $0.0725 per common share after giving effect to the recently completed one-for-four reverse stock split. The second quarter dividend will be payable on July 15, 2019, to common shareholders of record on July 3, 2019.
