The US markets opened lower this morning as disappointing ISM Manufacturing data was released. The report showed much weaker results than economists had expected with a reading of 51.3 instead of the 56.0 consensus estimate.

In overseas trading, Japan's Nikkei 225 Stock Average fell just about 2% and the Hang Seng was closed yesterday. In Europe on Monday, the FTSE 100 was lower by 0.8% so far and the German DAX is lower by 0.9% today.
In economic news, factory orders are released on Tuesday, initial jobless claims are released on Thursday and the January payroll report is released on Friday.
In earnings news this week, Clorox (NYSE:CLX) reports on Tuesday, Time Warner (TWX) reports on Wednesday, Philip Morris International (NYSE:PM) reports on Thursday and Moody's (NYSE:MCO) reports on Friday.
