This distribution represents an increase of 2.5% from the prior quarter's distribution of $0.61 per share and an increase of 10.6% from the distribution for the quarter ended February 28, 2013.
LaSalle Hotel Properties (LHO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share for the quarter ending March 31, 2014. The first quarter dividend will be paid on April 15, 2014 to common shareholders of record on March 31, 2014.
New York Mortgage Trust (NASDAQ:NYMT) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.27 per share for the quarter ending March 31, 2014. The dividend will be payable on April 25, 2014 to common stockholders of record as of March 24, 2014.
And, SL Green Realty (NYSE:SLG) reported a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on April 15, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2014.
