Chevron (NYSE:CVX) declared a quarterly dividend of one dollar and seven cents ($1.07) per share, payable June 10, 2014, to holders of common stock as shown on the transfer records of the Corporation at the close of business on May 19, 2014.
Canadian Pacific Railway (NYSE:CP) declared a quarterly dividend of thirty-five cents Canadian per share on the outstanding Common Shares. The dividend is payable on July 28, 2014 to holders of record at the close of business on June 27, 2014.
W.W. Grainger (NYSE:GWW) raised the quarterly cash dividend by 16 percent to $1.08 per share payable on June 1, 2014, to shareholders of record on May 12, 2014. Grainger has provided 43 consecutive years of increased dividends.
Duke Energy has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.78 per share. The dividend is payable on June 16, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business May 16, 2014.
Archer Daniels Midland Company declared a cash dividend of 24 cents per share on the company's common stock payable June 5, 2014, to Stockholders of record May 15, 2014.
And, Tyco International (TYC) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, payable on August 20, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 25, 2014.
