In trading on Tuesday, the PowerShares DWA Developed Markets Momentum Portfolio ETF (NASDAQ:PIZ) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 0.5% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Valeant Pharmaceuticals (VRX), up about 3.3% and shares of Canadian Pacific Railway (TSE:CP.CA), up about 2.7% on the day.
And underperforming other ETFs today is the SPDR S&P Retail ETF (NYSE:XRT), off about 1.9% in Tuesday afternoon trading. Among components of that ETF with the weakest showing on Tuesday were shares of Dicks Sporting Goods (NYSE:DKS), lower by about 16.8%, and shares of Staples (SPLS), lower by about 12% on the day.
