ITC Holdings (ITC) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.1625 per share, an increase of approximately 14 percent from the previous quarterly rate of $0.1425 per share. This represents the ninth consecutive year that ITC has raised the dividend rate on its common stock. The quarterly cash dividend is payable on September 15, 2014 to shareholders of record on September 2, 2014.

National Oilwell Varco (NYSE:NOV) declared the regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.46 per share of common stock, payable on September 26, 2014 to each stockholder of record on September 12, 2014.

ACE (ACE) declared a quarterly dividend equal to $0.65 payable on October 21, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2014, subject to a required filing with the Swiss Commercial Register.

Precision Castparts (PCP) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share on the company's common stock payable on September 29, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 5, 2014.

Broadcom (BRCM) will pay its next quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share to holders of the Company's common stock. The $0.12 dividend was declared by the Board of Directors on August 14, 2014 and will be paid on September 15, 2014 to holders of record of the Company's Class A and Class B common stock at the close of business on August 29, 2014.

Perrigo Company (NYSE:PRGO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.105 per share, payable on September 16, 2014 to shareholders of record on August 29, 2014.

Lincoln Financial Group announced that the board of directors of Lincoln National Corporation (NYSE:LNC) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per share on the corporation's common shares. The dividend on the common stock will be payable November 1, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 10, 2014.

Newell Rubbermaid (NASDAQ:NWL) announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable September 15, 2014 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on August 29, 2014.

CSC (CSC) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.23 per share on the company's Common Stock. The dividend will be paid on October 7, 2014 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 3, 2014.

And, Lear Corporation (NYSE:LEA) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on September 24, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 5, 2014.
