Iron Mountain (NYSE:IRM) declared its first quarterly distribution as a Real Estate Investment Trust of $0.475 per share, payable on October 15, 2014 to stockholders of record on September 25, 2014. The company also declared the remaining special distribution to stockholders of $700 million, or approximately $3.62 per share based on the number of shares currently outstanding, required in connection with the company's conversion to a REIT. The Special Distribution is payable on November 4, 2014 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2014.

Vermilion Energy (NYSE:VET) announced a cash dividend of $0.215 CDN per share payable on October 15, 2014 to all shareholders of record on September 30, 2014. The ex-dividend date for this payment is September 26, 2014.

Sempra Energy (NYSE:SRE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.66 per share of common stock. The current dividend is payable Oct. 15, 2014, to shareholders of record on Sept. 25, 2014.

Cimarex Energy (XEC) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.16 per share. The dividend is payable on December 1, 2014, to stockholders of record on November 14, 2014.

Alexandria Real Estate Equities (NYSE:ARE) declared a quarterly cash dividend of 72 cents per common share for the third quarter of 2014. The dividend is payable on October 15, 2014, to shareholders of record on September 30, 2014.

Liberty Property Trust (LPT) has declared a cash dividend of $0.475 per share on the company's common shares of beneficial interest for the third quarter of 2014. The dividend will be payable on October 15, 2014 to shareholders of record on October 1, 2014.

And, LaSalle Hotel Properties (LHO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.375 per common share of beneficial interest for the quarter ending September 30, 2014. The third quarter dividend will be paid on October 15, 2014 to common shareholders of record on September 30, 2014.
