Ingersoll-Rand declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 cents per ordinary share, payable December 31, 2014, to shareholders of record on December 12, 2014.
Murphy Oil (NYSE:MUR) declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Common Stock of Murphy Oil Corporation of $0.35 per share, or $1.40 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend is payable December 1, 2014 to holders of record November 14, 2014.
Global Payments approved a fiscal 2015 first quarter dividend of $0.02 per common share payable November 28, 2014 to shareholders of record as of November 14, 2014.
KBR (NYSE:KBR) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of eight cents per share on the Company's common stock, par value $0.001 per share, to be paid on January 15, 2015 to stockholders of record on December 15, 2014.
And, H.B. Fuller Company (NYSE:FUL) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on October 30, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 16, 2014.
