Enterprise Products Partners (NYSE:EPD) declared an increase in the quarterly cash distribution paid to partners to $0.365 per common unit, or $1.46 per unit on an annualized basis. The quarterly distribution will be paid on Friday, November 7, 2014, to unitholders of record as of the close of business on Friday, October 31, 2014. This distribution, which represents a 5.8 percent increase over the $0.345 per unit distribution, declared with respect to the third quarter of 2013, is the 50th distribution increase since Enterprise's initial public offering in 1998 and the 41st consecutive quarterly increase.
Exelis (XLS) has declared a cash dividend of $0.1033 per share for the fourth quarter of 2014. The dividend will be payable on Jan. 2, 2015 to shareholders of record on Nov. 14, 2014.
Ryder System (NYSE:R) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.37 per share of common stock, to be paid on December 19, 2014, to shareholders of record on November 17, 2014.
Sonoco (NYSE:SON) declared a $0.32 per share quarterly common stock dividend. The dividend will be paid on December 10, 2014, to shareholders of record as of November 14, 2014.
And, Air Industries Group has approved a quarterly cash dividend to its shareholders. A quarterly dividend of $0.15 per common share will be paid on November 3, 2014 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 20, 2014.
