Pembina Pipeline (NYSE:PBA) declared a common share cash dividend for October 2014, of $0.145 per share to be paid, subject to applicable law, on November 14, 2014 to shareholders of record on October 25, 2014.
PolyOne (POL), has declared a quarterly cash dividend of ten cents per share on the common stock outstanding, representing a 25% increase to the quarterly cash dividend and the fourth consecutive year of annual dividend growth. The $0.10 per share will be paid on January 7, 2015, to stockholders of record on December 15, 2014.
United Technologies Corp.'s (UTX) declared a dividend of 59 cents per common share payable Dec.10 to shareowners of record at the close of business Nov. 14. The ex-dividend date is Nov. 12.
Caterpillar (NYSE:CAT) maintained the quarterly cash dividend of seventy cents per share of common stock, payable November 20, 2014, to stockholders of record at the close of business on October 20.
Walgreen (WAG) declared a regular quarterly dividend of 33.75 cents per share, a 7.1 percent increase over the year ago dividend. The dividend is payable Dec. 12, 2014, to shareholders of record as of Nov. 17, 2014.
Ford Motor Company declared a fourth quarter dividend of $0.125 per share on the company's outstanding Class B and common stock. The fourth quarter dividend is payable on Dec. 1, 2014 to shareholders of record on Oct. 31, 2014.
CSX Corporation (NASDAQ:CSX) approved a $0.16 per share quarterly dividend on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on December 15, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 28, 2014.
And, Pentair (NYSE:PNR) will pay a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share on November 7, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 24, 2014.
