Illinois Tool Works (NYSE:ITW) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.485 per share. The dividend equates to $1.94 per share on a full-year basis. The dividend will be paid on January 6, 2015 to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2014.
Entergy Corporation (NYSE:ETR) has declared a quarterly dividend of 83 cents per common share. The payment date is Dec. 1, 2014, to stockholders of record on Nov. 13, 2014.
CNA Financial declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, payable December 3, 2014 to stockholders of record on November 17, 2014.
American Homes 4 Rent (NYSE:AMH) declared a distribution of $0.05 per share on the Company's common shares for the fourth quarter of 2014. The distribution will be payable in cash on December 30, 2014 to shareholders of record on December 15, 2014.
Regal Beloit Corporation (NYSE:RBC) declared a dividend of $.22 per share. The dividend is payable on January 16, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 2, 2015. This represents the 218th consecutive dividend declared by the Company.
Mercury General Corporation (NYSE:MCY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.6175 per share. The dividend will be paid on December 26, 2014 to shareholders of record on December 12, 2014.
And, Neenah Paper (NP) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.27 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend will be payable on December 2, 2014 to stockholders of record as of close of business on November 14, 2014.
