The S&P 500 and Dow Jones Industrial Average are slightly higher in early afternoon trading on Monday, while the NASDAQ Composite is lower. Some of the most actively traded stocks include Halliburton (NYSE:HAL) down 10.2%, Baker Hughes (BHI) up 10.1%, Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) down 0.3%, and Ford Motor (NYSE:F) higher by 2%.

In overseas trading, Japan's Nikkei 225 Stock Average was lower, down 2.96%, and the Hang Seng was lower by 1.21%. In Europe, the FTSE 100 was higher by 0.26% and the German DAX was up 0.58% today.
In economic news, PPI is released tomorrow, Housing Starts on Wednesday, and Initial Claims and CPI on Thursday.
Companies releasing earnings this week include: Home Depot (NYSE:HD) on Tuesday, JM Smucker (NYSE:SJM) on Wednesday, Best Buy (NYSE:BBY) on Thursday, and Foot Locker (NYSE:FL) on Friday.
