Moody's Corporation (NYSE:MCO) declared a regular quarterly dividend of 34 cents per share of MCO Common Stock, a 21 percent increase from the prior quarterly dividend of 28 cents per share. The dividend will be payable on March 10, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 20, 2015.
Roper Industries (NASDAQ:ROP) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share, payable on January 23, 2015 to stockholders of record as of January 9, 2015. This represents a 25% increase over the dividend paid in each quarter of 2014, as well as the twenty-second consecutive year in which Roper's dividend has increased.
EOG Resources (NYSE:EOG)has declared a dividend of $0.1675 per share on EOG's Common Stock, payable January 30, 2015, to stockholders of record as of January 16, 2015.
General Mills declared a quarterly dividend at the prevailing rate of $.41 per share, payable Feb. 2, 2015, to shareholders of record Jan. 12, 2015. The current annualized dividend rate of $1.64 per share is a 6 percent increase over the dividend rate of $1.55 per share in fiscal 2014.
Equity Residential (NYSE:EQR) declared dividends on the company's common and preferred shares. A common share dividend for the fourth quarter of $0.50 per share will be paid on January 9, 2015 to shareholders of record on December 26, 2014.
Realty Income (NYSE:O) has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.1834167 per share from $0.1831042 per share. The dividend is payable on January 15, 2015 to shareholders of record as of January 2, 2015. The new monthly dividend amount represents an annualized dividend amount of approximately $2.201 per share as compared to the previous annualized dividend amount of approximately $2.197 per share.
Masco (NYSE:MAS) declared a quarterly dividend of $.09 per common share, payable on February 9, 2015, to shareholders of record on January 9, 2015.
UDR (NYSE:UDR) declared a regular quarterly dividend on its common stock for the fourth quarter of 2014 in the amount of $0.26 per share, payable in cash, on February 2, 2015 to UDR common stock shareholders of record as of January 12, 2015.
And, Darden declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.55 per share on the Company's outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable on February 2, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 9, 2015.
