Bank of the Ozarks (OZRK) has approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per common share payable January 23, 2015 to shareholders of record as of January 16, 2015. The dividend of $0.13 per common share represents an increase of $0.005 per common share, or 4.0%, over the dividend paid in the previous quarter.
Alamo Group (NYSE:ALG)has declared and increased its quarterly cash dividend 14% from $0.07 to $0.08 per share, payable January 30, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 16, 2015.
