AvalonBay Communities (NYSE:AVB) declared a dividend for the first quarter of 2015 of $1.25 per share on the Company's common stock (par value of $0.01 per share). The declared dividend is a 7.8% increase over the Company's prior quarterly dividend of $1.16 per share. The dividend is payable on April 15, 2015 to common stockholders of record as of March 31, 2015.

Rogers Communications has approved a 5% increase to the annualized dividend rate from $1.83 to $1.92 per Class A Voting and Class B Non-Voting share. Effective immediately, the new quarterly dividend rate will be 48 cents per share. Following the approval of the dividend increase, the Rogers Board declared a 48 cent quarterly dividend on each of its outstanding Class A Voting shares and Class B Non-Voting shares. This quarterly dividend will be paid on April 1, 2015 to shareholders of record on March 13, 2015, and is the first quarterly dividend to reflect the newly increased $1.92 per share annualized dividend level.

Quest Diagnostics' Board of Directors authorized a 15% increase in its quarterly dividend from $0.33 to $0.38 per share, or $1.52 per share annually, payable on April 22, 2015, to shareholders of record of Quest Diagnostics common stock on April 8, 2015.

Penske Automotive Group (NYSE:PAG) has approved a cash dividend of $0.22 per share for the fourth quarter of 2014. The dividend is payable on March 2, 2015, to shareholders of record on February 10, 2015.

Exxon Mobil Corporation (NYSE:XOM) declared a cash dividend of 69 cents per share on the Common Stock, payable on March 10, 2015 to shareholders of record of Common Stock at the close of business on February 10, 2015.

Visa (NYSE:V) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.48 per share of class A common stock (determined in the case of class B and class C common stock on an as-converted basis) payable on March 3, 2015, to all holders of record of the Company's class A, B and C common stock as of February 13, 2015.

McDonald's declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.85 per share of common stock payable on March 16, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 2, 2015.

HP (NYSE:HPQ) has declared a regular cash dividend of $0.16 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend, the second in HP's fiscal year 2015, is payable on April 1, 2015, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 11, 2015.

Lockheed Martin (NYSE:LMT) has authorized a first quarter 2015 dividend of $1.50 per share. The dividend is payable on March 27, 2015 to holders of record as of the close of business on March 2, 2015.

And, McKesson (NYSE:MCK) declared a regular dividend of twenty-four cents per share on Common Stock. The dividend will be payable on April 1, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 2, 2015.
