Nordstrom (NYSE:JWN) approved a quarterly dividend of 37 cents per share, an increase of 12% over the previous quarter's dividend, payable on March 13, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 27, 2015.
Genuine Parts Company (NYSE:GPC) announced today a 7% increase in the regular quarterly cash dividend for 2015. The Board of Directors of the Company, at its February 16, 2015 Board meeting, increased the cash dividend payable to an annual rate of $2.46 per share compared with the previous dividend of $2.30 per share. The quarterly cash dividend of sixty-one and one-half cents ($.615) per share is payable April 1, 2015 to shareholders of record March 6, 2015.
Interpublic Group (NYSE:IPG) has declared a quarterly dividend on IPG common stock of $0.12 per share, payable on March 16, 2015 to holders of record at the close of business on March 2, 2015. The increase in the dividend from $0.095 to $0.12 per share represents a 26% increase in the Company's quarterly dividend.
Lear Corporation (NYSE:LEA) increased by 25% the quarterly cash dividend on the Company's common stock from $0.20 per share to $0.25 per share. The dividend is payable on March 23, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 4, 2015.
DSW (DSW) approved a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, an increase of 6.7% from the $0.1875 per share announced last quarter. The dividend is payable March 31, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 20, 2015.
Illinois Tool Works (NYSE:ITW) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.485 per share. The dividend equates to $1.94 per share on a full-year basis. The dividend will be paid on April 7, 2015, to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2015.
Baxter International (NYSE:BAX) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.52 per Baxter common share. The dividend is payable on April 1, 2015 to shareholders of record as of March 11, 2015.
Halliburton (NYSE:HAL) has declared a 2015 first quarter dividend of eighteen cents ($0.18) a share on the company's common stock payable March 25, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 4, 2015.
Sysco Corporation (NYSE:SYY) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share, payable on April 24, 2015, to common shareholders of record at the close of business on April 2, 2015.
Weyerhaeuser Company (NYSE:WY) declared a dividend of $0.29 per share on the Common Stock of the company, payable in cash on March 13, 2015 to holders of record of such common shares at the close of business on February 27, 2015.
Whirlpool Corporation declared a quarterly dividend of 75 cents per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable March 15, 2015, to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 27, 2015.
And, Stanley Black & Decker (NYSE:SWK) approved a regular first quarter cash dividend of $0.52 per common share. The dividend is payable on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Wednesday, March 4, 2015.
