Williams (NYSE:WMB) has approved a regular dividend of $0.58 on the company's common stock, payable March 30 to holders of record at the close of business March 13. The new amount is an increase of $0.18, or 44 percent, from the first-quarter 2014 dividend and an increase of $0.01, or 1.75 percent, from the previous quarter.

The Western Union board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.155 per common share, which represents a 24% increase over the previous quarterly dividend of $0.125 per common share. The dividend is payable March 31, 2015, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 17, 2015.

Owens Corning (NYSE:OC) has declared a quarterly dividend of 17 cents per common share payable on April 2, 2015, to shareholders of record as of March 13, 2015, a 6% increase from the previous year.

Bank of America declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on Bank of America common stock of $0.05 per share, payable March 27 to shareholders of record as of March 6.

UnitedHealth Group (NYSE:UNH) authorized payment of a quarterly shareholder dividend of $0.375 per share in the first quarter of 2015. The dividend will be paid on March 24, 2015, to all shareholders of record of UnitedHealth Group common stock as of the close of business March 13, 2015.

Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (APC) declared a quarterly cash dividend on the company's common stock of 27 cents per share, payable March 25, 2015, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 11, 2015.

Prudential Financial (NYSE:PRU) announced the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $0.58 per share of Common Stock, payable on March 19, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 24, 2015.

CSX Corporation (NASDAQ:CSX) approved a $0.16 per share quarterly dividend on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on March 13, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 27, 2015.

Stryker Corporation (NYSE:SYK) has increased its dividend 13% by declaring a quarterly dividend of $0.345 per share payable on April 30, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2015.

Omnicom Group (NYSE:OMC) declared a quarterly dividend of 50 cents per outstanding share of the corporation's common stock. The dividend is payable on April 7, 2015 to Omnicom Group common shareholders of record at the close of business on March 9, 2015.

And, the Clorox Company (NYSE:CLX) declared a quarterly dividend of 74 cents per share on the company's common stock, payable May 8, 2015, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 22, 2015.
