Target Corporation (NYSE:TGT) has declared a quarterly dividend of 52 cents per common share. The dividend is payable June 10, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business May 20, 2015.
American Capital Agency (NASDAQ:AGNC) has declared a cash dividend of $0.22 per share of common stock for March 2015. The dividend is payable on April 10, 2015 to common shareholders of record as of March 31, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 27, 2015.
MAA (NYSE:MAA) approved a quarterly common dividend of $0.77 per share payable on April 30, 2015 to shareholders of record on April 15, 2015.
Liberty Property Trust (LPT) has declared a cash dividend of $0.475 per share on the company's common shares of beneficial interest for the first quarter of 2015. The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2015 to shareholders of record on April 1, 2015.
Lennox International (NYSE:LII) voted to declare a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on April 15, 2015, to stockholders of record as of March 31, 2015.
And, LaSalle Hotel Properties (LHO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.375 per common share of beneficial interest for the quarter ending March 31, 2015. The first quarter dividend will be paid on April 15, 2015 to common shareholders of record on March 31, 2015.
