General Dynamics (NYSE:GD) declared a regular quarterly dividend of 69 cents per share on the company's common stock, payable May 8, 2015, to shareholders of record on April 10. The dividend represents an 11.3 percent increase from the previous quarterly dividend of 62 cents per share. This is the 18th consecutive annual dividend increase authorized by the General Dynamics board.
Tyco International (TYC) approved a 14 percent increase in the company's quarterly dividend, from $0.18 per share to $0.205 per share. The dividend for the third quarter of fiscal 2015 will be payable on May 20, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of NYSE trading on April 24, 2015.
Amgen (NASDAQ:AMGN) declared a $0.79 per share dividend for the second quarter of 2015. The dividend will be paid on June 5, 2015, to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 14, 2015.
Devon Energy Corporation (NYSE:DVN) declared a quarterly cash dividend on Devon's common stock for the second quarter of 2015. The dividend is payable on June 30, 2015, at a rate of $0.24 per share based on a record date of June 15, 2015.
Pioneer Natural Resources Company (NYSE:PXD) declared a cash dividend of $0.04 per share on Pioneer's outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable April 9, 2015, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2015.
Hess Corporation (NYSE:HES) declared a regular quarterly dividend of 25 cents per share payable on the Common Stock of the Corporation on March 31, 2015 to holders of record at the close of business on March 19, 2015.
And, H&R Block (NYSE:HRB) declared a quarterly cash dividend of 20 cents per share, payable April 1, 2015, to shareholders of record as of March 16, 2015.
