General Mills (NYSE:GIS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share, payable May 1, 2015, to shareholders of record April 10, 2015. This represents a 7 percent increase from the previous quarterly rate of $0.41 per share. Including the new May quarterly payment, General Mills dividends per share in fiscal 2015 will total $1.67, up 8 percent from the annual dividend of $1.55 paid the previous fiscal year.
Microsoft declared a quarterly dividend of $0.31 per share. The dividend is payable June 11, 2015, to shareholders of record on May 21, 2015. The ex-dividend date will be May 19, 2015.
Philip Morris International (NYSE:PM) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $1.00 per common share, payable on April 10, 2015, to shareholders of record as of March 26, 2015. The ex-dividend date is March 24, 2015.
Realty Income Corporation (NYSE:O) has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.1895 per share from $0.189 per share. The dividend is payable on April 15, 2015 to shareholders of record as of April 1, 2015. This is the 80th dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994.
International Flavors & Fragrances (NYSE:IFF) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.47 per share of the Company's common stock, payable on April 7, 2015 to shareholders of record as of March 27, 2015.
Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE:BDN) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share, payable on April 20, 2015 to holders of record on April 6, 2015.
Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE:CLI) has declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per common share for the period January 1, 2015 through March 31, 2015. The dividend will be paid on April 14, 2015 to shareholders of record as of April 6, 2015.
B&G Foods (NYSE:BGS) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.34 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on April 30, 2015 to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2015.
