UnitedHealth Group (NYSE:UNH) authorized payment of a cash dividend of $0.50 per share, to be paid on June 24, 2015, to all shareholders of record of UnitedHealth Group common stock as of the close of business on June 15, 2015. This dividend represents a 33 percent increase over the quarterly dividend of $0.375 per share the Company has been paying since the second quarter of 2014.
W. R. Berkley Corporation (NYSE:WRB) has voted to increase the cash dividend to an annual rate of 48 cents per share, representing a 9% increase from the present rate. The first quarterly dividend at the new rate of 12 cents per share will be paid on July 1, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2015.
Devon Energy (NYSE:DVN) declared a quarterly cash dividend on Devon's common stock for the third quarter of 2015. The dividend is payable on Sept. 30, 2015, at a rate of $0.24 per share based on a record date of Sept. 15, 2015.
Vector Group (NYSE:VGR) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.40 per share. The quarterly cash dividend will be payable on June 30, 2015 to holders of record as of June 17, 2015.
ABM (NYSE:ABM) has declared a third quarter cash dividend of $0.160 per common share payable on August 3, 2015 to stockholders of record on July 2, 2015.
