Group 1 Automotive (NYSE:GPI) declared a cash dividend of $0.21 per share for the second quarter of 2015. The dividend, which represents an increase of 5.0 percent, or $0.01 per share, from the first quarter of 2015, will be payable on September 5, 2015, to stockholders of record on September 1, 2015.

Precision Castparts (PCP) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share on the company's common stock payable on September 28, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 4, 2015.

Broadcom (BRCM) announced it will pay its next quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per share to holders of the Company's common stock. The $0.14 dividend was declared by the Board of Directors on August 13, 2015 and will be paid on September 14, 2015 to holders of record of the Company's Class A and Class B common stock at the close of business on August 28, 2015.

Perrigo Company (NYSE:PRGO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share, payable on September 15, 2015 to shareholders of record on August 28, 2015.

T. Rowe Price Group (NASDAQ:TROW) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.52 per share payable September 29, 2015 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 15, 2015.

National Oilwell Varco (NYSE:NOV) declared the regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.46 per share of common stock, payable on September 25, 2015 to each stockholder of record on September 11, 2015.

Lincoln Financial Group (NYSE:LNC) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share on the corporation's common stock. The dividend on the common stock will be payable November 1, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 12, 2015.
