Monsanto Company (MON) declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of 54 cents per share. The dividend relates to the company's fourth quarter of its 2015 fiscal year and is payable on October 30, 2015, to shareowners of record on October 9, 2015.

HARMAN International Industries (HAR) declared a cash dividend on August 4, 2015 of $0.35 per share for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. The quarterly dividend will be paid on August 28, 2015 to each stockholder of record as of the close of business on August 14, 2015.

Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation (MIC) authorized the payment of a cash dividend for the second quarter of 2015 of $1.11 per share, an increase of 3.7% from the $1.07 per share paid following the first quarter and an increase of 16.8% over the $0.95 per share paid following the second quarter of 2014. The second quarter dividend will be paid on August 18, 2015 to shareholders of record on August 13, 2015.

Aqua America (WTR) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.178 per share today, payable on September 1, 2015 to all shareholders of record on August 14, 2015.

The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company (NYSE:SMG) has approved an increase of the Company's quarterly dividend payment to shareholders. The quarterly payment will increase 4 percent to $0.47 per share. The fourth quarter dividend is payable on Thursday, September 10, 2015 to shareholders of record as of Thursday, August 27, 2015.

Automatic Data Processing (NASDAQ:ADP) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 49 cents per share payable October 1, 2015 to shareholders of record on September 11, 2015.
