CLARCOR (CLC) has resolved to increase the company's regular quarterly dividend by 10%, from $0.20 per share of common stock to $0.22 per share of common stock. The Board further resolved to pay the new $0.22 per share dividend on Friday, October 23, 2015 to shareholders of record on October 13, 2015.
General Mills declared a quarterly dividend at the prevailing rate of $0.44 per share, payable Nov. 2, 2015, to shareholders of record Oct. 12, 2015.
McCormick & Company (NYSE:MKC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share on its common stocks payable October 27, 2015, to shareholders of record on October 13, 2015.
Fortune Brands Home & Security (FBHS) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per common share. The dividend is payable on December 16, 2015, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 27, 2015.
FelCor will pay $0.04 per share on its common stock and $0.4875 per share on its Series A Preferred Stock. The dividends will be paid on October 30, 2015 to stockholders of record on October 15, 2015.
