Eagle Materials (NYSE:EXP) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share, payable on January 22, 2016, to stockholders of record of its Common Stock at the close of business on December 18, 2015.
EPR Properties (NYSE:EPR) has declared its monthly cash dividend to common shareholders. The dividend of $0.3025 per common share is payable December 15, 2015 to shareholders of record on November 30, 2015. This dividend represents an annualized dividend of $3.63 per common share, an increase of 6.1% over prior year and the Company's fifth consecutive year with an annual dividend increase.
Hill-Rom Holdings (HRC) declared a fiscal year 2016 first quarter dividend of $0.16 per share. This quarterly dividend represents a five percent increase over the amount paid a year ago. The dividend is payable on December 31, 2015 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 15, 2015.
