Comparing units outstanding versus one week ago at the coverage universe of ETFs at ETF Channel, the biggest inflow was seen in the Oil Services ETF (NYSE:OIH), which added 5,650,000 units, or a 14.2% increase week over week. Among the largest underlying components of OIH, in morning trading today Schlumberger (NYSE:SLB) is down about 1.7%, and Halliburton (NYSE:HAL) is lower by about 0.7%.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the biggest increase in inflows was the PowerShares DWA Tactical Sector Rotation Portfolio (DWTR), which added 449,999 units, for a 33.3% increase in outstanding units. Among the largest underlying components of DWTR, in morning trading today Powershares Dynamic Consumer Staples (NASDAQ:PSL) is trading flat, and Powershares Dynamic Consumer Discretiona (NASDAQ:PEZ) is lower by about 0.2%.
