Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE:LLY) announced a 2 percent increase in its quarterly dividend. The dividend for the first quarter of 2016 will be $0.51 per share on outstanding common stock. This raises the annual indicated rate to $2.04 per share. The dividend is payable March 10, 2016 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 12, 2016.
Avago Technologies (NASDAQ:AVGO) has approved a quarterly, interim cash dividend of $0.44 per ordinary share. The dividend is payable on December 30, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business Eastern Time on December 18, 2015.
Pentair (NYSE:PNR) has approved a five percent increase in the company's regular annual cash dividend rate for 2016 (from $1.28 per share paid in 2015 to $1.34 per share) and that it will pay a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.33 per share on February 12, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 29, 2016.
The Buckle (NYSE:BKE) authorized a $1.00 per share special cash dividend to be paid to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 15, 2016. The Board also authorized a $0.25 per share quarterly dividend to be paid to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 15, 2016. This represents an increase of $0.02 per share, or 8.7 percent, in the Company's regular quarterly dividend rate. Both the $1.00 per share special cash dividend and the $0.25 per share regular quarterly dividend are payable on January 27, 2016 and will be paid together.
Monsanto Company (MON) declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of 54 cents per share. The dividend relates to the company's first quarter of its 2016 fiscal year and is payable on January 29, 2016, to shareowners of record on January 8, 2016.
Applied Materials has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share payable on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on March 17, 2016 to stockholders of record as of February 25, 2016.
St. Jude Medical (STJ) declared a fourth quarter dividend of $0.29 per common share of the Company's stock. This dividend amount is equal to the dividend paid during the first, second and third quarters of 2015 and brings the total dividend declared for the year to $1.16 per share. The dividend is payable January 29, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2015.
Tyco International (TYC) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.205 per share for the second quarter of fiscal 2016, payable on February 17, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of NYSE trading on January 22, 2016.
