AT&T (NYSE:T) has approved a 2.1 percent increase in the company's quarterly dividend. AT&T's quarterly dividend will increase from $0.47 to $0.48 per share. The dividend will be payable on Feb. 1, 2016 to common stockholders of record on Jan. 8, 2016.
FelCor Lodging Trust (FCH) declared fourth quarter dividends on its common and preferred stock.
The Board of Directors approved a 50% increase in the quarterly common stock dividend, authorizing FelCor to pay $0.06 per share. Additionally, the company will pay preferred dividends of $0.4875 per share on its Series A Preferred Stock. The dividends will be paid on January 29, 2016 to stockholders of record on January 15, 2016.
Williams-Sonoma (NYSE:WSM) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.35 per common share. The dividend is payable on February 24, 2016 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 26, 2016.
Apple Hospitality REIT (NYSE:APLE) declared a regular monthly cash distribution of $0.10 per common share for the month of January 2016. The distribution is payable on January 19, 2016, to shareholders of record as of January 4, 2016.
City Office REIT (NYSE:CIO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.235 per share for the fourth quarter of 2015. The dividend will be payable on January 20, 2016 to all common stockholders and operating partnership unitholders of record as of the close of business on January 6, 2016.
