FirstEnergy Corp. (NYSE:FE) declared an unchanged quarterly dividend of 36 cents per share of outstanding common stock. The dividend will be payable June 1, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 6, 2016.
Annaly Capital Management (NYSE:NLY) declared the first quarter 2016 common stock cash dividend of $0.30 per common share. This dividend is payable April 29, 2016, to common shareholders of record on March 31, 2016. The ex-dividend date is March 29, 2016.
Liberty Property Trust (LPT) has declared a cash dividend of $0.475 per share on the company's common shares of beneficial interest for the first quarter of 2016. The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2016 to shareholders of record on April 1, 2016.
STORE Capital Corporation (STOR) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.27 per share for the first quarter ending March 31, 2016. The dividend will be paid on April 15, 2016 to STORE Capital stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2016.
RLJ Lodging Trust (NYSE:RLJ) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.33 per common share of beneficial interest. The dividend is payable on April 15, 2016, to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2016.
