Northrop Grumman (NYSE:NOC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.90 per share on Northrop Grumman common stock, a 12.5 percent increase from the prior quarterly dividend of $0.80 per share. The dividend is payable June 22, 2016, to shareholders of record as of the close of business June 6, 2016.
Southwest Airlines (NYSE:LUV) increased the Company's quarterly dividend by 33 percent and authorized a new $2 billion share repurchase program. The quarterly dividend will increase to $.10 per share from $.075 per share, beginning with the 159th consecutive quarterly dividend to Shareholders of record at the close of business on June 8, 2016, on all shares then issued and outstanding. The dividend will be paid on June 29, 2016.
Group 1 Automotive (NYSE:GPI) declared a cash dividend of $0.23 per share for the first quarter of 2016. The dividend, which represents an increase of 4.5 percent, or $0.01 per share, from the fourth quarter of 2015, will be payable on June 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 1, 2016.
Mondelez International declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share of Class A common stock. This dividend is payable on July 14, 2016, to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2016.
CME Group declared a second-quarter dividend of $0.60 per share, payable June 27, 2016, to shareholders of record as of June 10, 2016.
