The Board of Directors of Harris has increased the quarterly cash dividend by six percent from 50 cents per share to 53 cents per share and declared a quarterly cash dividend of 53 cents per share, payable September 21, 2016, to shareholders of record September 9, 2016. The annualized cash dividend correspondingly increases from $2.00 per share to $2.12 per share. This action represents the company's 15th consecutive annual dividend increase.

Sysco announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.31 per share, payable on October 28, 2016, to common shareholders of record at the close of business on October 7, 2016.

The Westar Energy Board of Directors today declared a quarterly dividend of 38 cents per share payable Oct. 3, 2016, on the company's common stock. The dividends are payable to shareholders of record as of Sept. 9, 2016.

South Jersey Industries' board of directors declared its regular dividend of $0.26375 per share for the third quarter of 2016. The dividend is payable October 4, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business September 9, 2016. This is SJI's 65th consecutive year of paying dividends, reflecting the company's commitment to a consistent, sustainable dividend.

Ferrellgas Partners today announced the declaration of its fourth quarter cash distribution of $0.5125 per partnership common unit. The distribution is payable September 14, 2016, to common unitholders of record as of September 7, 2016. The distribution covers the period from May 1, 2016 to July 31, 2016, the partnership's fourth quarter of fiscal 2016. Ferrellgas' annualized distribution is currently $2.05 per common unit.
