Visa (NYSE:V) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.165 per share of class A common stock (determined in the case of class B and C common stock and series B and C convertible participating preferred stock on an as-converted basis) payable on December 6, 2016, to all holders of record of the Company's common and preferred stock as of November 18, 2016.
American Electric Power (NASDAQ:AEP) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 59 cents a share on the company's common stock, increasing the dividend 5.4 percent from the previous 56 cents a share. AEP last increased its dividend in October 2015. The dividend is payable Dec. 9, 2016, to shareholders of record as of Nov. 10, 2016.
Brixmor Property Group declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.26 per common share (equivalent to $1.04 per annum) for the fourth quarter of 2016, which represents a 6% increase.
The dividend is payable on January 17, 2017 to stockholders of record on January 5, 2017, representing an ex-dividend date of January 3, 2017.
IBM (NYSE:IBM) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $1.40 per common share, payable December 10, 2016 to stockholders of record November 10, 2016.
General Motors (NYSE:GM) declared a fourth quarter 2016 dividend of 38 cents per share on the company's common stock. The fourth quarter dividend is payable Thursday, Dec. 22, 2016 to all common stockholders of record as of Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2016.
