Hormel Foods (NYSE:HRL) announced a 17 percent increase to the annual dividend to shareholders, marking the 51st consecutive annual dividend increase. The annual dividend on the common stock of the corporation was raised to $0.68 per share from $0.58 per share. The Board of Directors authorized the first quarterly dividend of seventeen cents a share to be paid on Feb. 15, 2017, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Jan. 17, 2017.

Roper Technologies (NASDAQ:ROP) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.35 per share, payable on January 23, 2017 to stockholders of record as of January 9, 2017. This represents a $0.05, or 17%, per share increase over the dividend paid in each quarter of 2016, as well as the twenty-fourth consecutive year in which Roper's dividend has increased.

CBS Corporation (CBS) has approved a quarterly dividend on the Company's stock of $.18 per share. The dividend is payable on January 1, 2017, to shareholders of record on December 9, 2016.

The Brocade Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.055 per share of the Company's common stock. The dividend payment will be made on January 4, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of market on December 12, 2016.

Telephone and Data Systems (NYSE:TDS) declared a fourth quarter 2016 dividend of $0.148 per Common Share and Series A Common Share. Payment will be made on Dec. 29, 2016, to shareholders of record as of Dec. 16, 2016.

Chico's FAS (CHS) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share of its common stock, a 3.2% increase over the dividend rate from December 2015. The dividend is payable on December 19, 2016 to Chico's FAS shareholders of record at the close of business on December 5, 2016.
