Merck (NYSE:MRK) has increased the company's quarterly dividend to $0.47 per outstanding share of the company's common stock, up $0.01 from $0.46 per outstanding share paid last quarter. Payment will be made on Jan. 9, 2017, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 15, 2016.
Kite Realty Group Trust (NYSE:KRG) declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.3025 per common share for the quarter ended December 31, 2016, which represents an increase of 5.2% compared to the dividend paid for the prior quarter. This distribution will be paid on or about January 13, 2017, to shareholders of record as of January 6, 2017.
American Express Company (NYSE:AXP) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.32 per common share, payable on February 10, 2017 to shareholders of record on January 6, 2017.
Williams' (NYSE:WMB) board of directors has approved a regular dividend of $0.20, or $0.80 annualized, on the company's common stock, payable Dec. 27, 2016 to holders of record at the close of business Dec. 9, 2016.
M&T Bank Corporation (NYSE:MTB) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.70 per share on its common stock. The dividend will be payable December 30, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 2, 2016.
