The Boeing board of directors declared the company's quarterly dividend will increase 30 percent to $1.42 per share. The board also replaced the existing share repurchase program with a new $14 billion authorization. The new dividend will be payable March 3, 2017 to shareholders of record as of Feb. 10, 2017.
Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE:LLY) announced a 2 percent increase in its quarterly dividend. The dividend for the first quarter of 2017 will be $0.52 per share on outstanding common stock. This raises the annual indicated rate to $2.08 per share. The dividend is payable March 10, 2017, to shareholders of record at of the close of business on February 15, 2017.
WD-40 Company (NASDAQ:WDFC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.49 per share reflecting an increase of 17 percent over the previous quarter's dividend. The quarterly dividend is payable January 31, 2017 to stockholders of record at the close of business on January 20, 2017.
Sunstone Hotel Investors (NYSE:SHO) has declared a fourth quarter dividend of $0.53 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid in cash on January 17, 2017 to holders of record as of December 31, 2016.
HEICO Corporation (NYSE:HEI) declared a regular semi-annual cash dividend of $.09 per share, payable on both classes of common stock. The cash dividend will be paid on January 18, 2017 to shareholders of record as of January 4, 2017.
