Choice Hotels International (NYSE:CHH) has approved a 5 percent increase in the quarterly cash dividend on the company's common stock from $0.205 per share to $0.215 per share, effective with the dividend payable on January, 18, 2017, to shareholders of record on January 4, 2017. This increase will result in a projected annual dividend rate of $0.86 per annum.
The Board of Directors of U.S. Bancorp (NYSE:USB) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.28 per common share, payable January 17, 2017, to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 30, 2016.
PG&E Corporation (NYSE:PCG) declared its fourth-quarter 2016 regular cash dividend of 49 cents per share on the Corporation's common stock. The dividend is payable on January 15, 2017, to shareholders of record on December 30, 2016.
The board of directors of Sempra Energy (NYSE:SRE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.755 per share of common stock. The current dividend is payable Jan. 15, 2017, to shareholders of record on Dec. 29, 2016.
