Spirit Realty Capital (NYSE:SRC) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per common share, an increase of 2.9% over the prior quarter, representing an annualized rate of $0.72 per common share. Shareholders of record as of December 30, 2016, will receive the $0.18 cash dividend on January 13, 2017.
Oracle Corporation (NYSE:ORCL) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of outstanding common stock. This dividend will be paid to stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 5, 2017, with a payment date of January 26, 2017.
The Dow Chemical Company (NYSE:DOW) has declared a dividend of 46 cents per share, payable January 30, 2017, to shareholders of record on December 28, 2016.
State Street Corporation (NYSE:STT) announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.38 per share of common stock, payable on January 18, 2017 to common shareholders of record as of January 3, 2017.
Essex Property Trust (NYSE:ESS) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $1.60 per common share payable January 17, 2017 to shareholders of record as of December 30, 2016.
The Mosaic Company (NYSE:MOS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.275 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend will be paid on March 16, 2017, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 2, 2017.
