BlackRock approved a 9% increase in the quarterly cash dividend to $2.50 per share, payable March 23, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 6, 2017. In addition, the Board authorized the repurchase of an additional 6 million shares under the Company's existing share repurchase program for a total up to 9 million shares of BlackRock common stock.
Colgate-Palmolive Company (NYSE:CL) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.39 per common share, payable on February 15, 2017, to shareholders of record on January 23, 2017.
Paychex (NASDAQ:PAYX) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.46 per share payable February 15, 2017 to shareholders of record February 1, 2017.
KeyCorp (NYSE:KEY) declared a cash dividend of $0.085 per share on the corporation's outstanding common shares. The dividend is payable on March 15, 2017 to holders of record of such common shares as of the close of business on February 28, 2017.
First Republic Bank (FRC) declared a cash dividend for the fourth quarter of $0.16 per share of common stock, which is payable on February 9, 2017 to shareholders of record as of January 26, 2017.
Lennar Corporation (NYSE:LEN) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share for both Class A and Class B common stock payable on February 10, 2017 to holders of record at the close of business on January 27, 2017.
