Enbridge (NYSE:ENB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.583 per common share, payable on March 1, 2017 to shareholders of record on February 15, 2017. The declared dividend represents a 10 percent increase from the prior quarterly rate and the twenty-second consecutive year in which the Company has increased its common share dividend.
Pembina Pipeline Corporation (NYSE:PBA) declared a common share cash dividend for January 2017 of $0.16 per share to be paid, subject to applicable law, on February 15, 2017 to shareholders of record on January 25, 2017.
CenterPoint Energy (NYSE:CNP) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.2675 per share of common stock, payable on March 10, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 16, 2017. This represents a 4 percent increase from the previous quarterly dividend of $0.2575 and if annualized would equate to $1.07 per share.
Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation (COG) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular dividend of two cents per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend will be paid February 9, 2017 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business January 26, 2017.
The Cooper Companies (NASDAQ:COO) announced that, consistent with the plan approved by its board of directors to pay annual dividends, the Company declared a semi-annual dividend of 3 cents per share, payable on February 9, 2017, to stockholders of record on January 23, 2017.
Tanger Factory Outlet Centers (NYSE:SKT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.325 per share for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2016. A cash dividend of $0.325 per share will be payable on February 15, 2017 to holders of record on January 31, 2017.
