The PNC Financial Services Group (NYSE:PNC) declared a quarterly cash dividend on the common stock of 55 cents per share. The dividend, with a payment date of Feb. 5, 2017, will be payable the next business day to shareholders of record at the close of business Jan. 17, 2017.
Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE:EPD) declared an increase in the quarterly cash distribution paid to partners to $0.41 per common unit, or $1.64 per unit on an annualized basis. The quarterly distribution will be paid on Tuesday, February 7, 2017, to unitholders of record as of the close of business on Tuesday, January 31, 2017. This distribution, which represents a 5.1 percent increase over the distribution declared with respect to the fourth quarter of 2015, is the 59th distribution increase since Enterprise's initial public offering in 1998 and the 50th consecutive quarterly increase.
Constellation's board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.40 per share of Class A Common Stock and $0.36 per share of Class B Common Stock, payable on February 23, 2017, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 9, 2017.
SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE:SNX) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share. The dividend will be paid on January 27, 2017 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on January 13, 2017.
EMCOR Group (NYSE:EME) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per common share. The dividend will be paid on January 30, 2017 to stockholders of record as of January 17, 2017.
Western Refining (WNR) approved a $0.38 per share dividend for the first quarter of 2017. The dividend will be paid on February 2, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of market on January 18, 2017.
