Air Products (NYSE:APD) has increased the quarterly dividend on the company's common stock to 95 cents per share from 86 cents, representing a 10 percent increase. The dividend is payable on May 8, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 3, 2017.

Valero Energy Corporation (NYSE:VLO) has approved an increase in the company's regular quarterly cash dividend on common stock from $0.60 per share to $0.70 per share, effective with the quarterly dividend the Board has declared to be payable on March 7, 2017 to holders of record at the close of business on February 15, 2017.

Welltower (HCN) declared a cash dividend for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 of $0.87 per share. The dividend will be the company's 183rd consecutive quarterly payment, payable February 21, 2017, to stockholders of record on February 7, 2017.

Parker Hannifin (NYSE:PH) has increased the company's regular quarterly cash dividend to 66 cents per share of common stock to shareholders of record as of February 10, 2017. The dividend is payable March 3, 2017. This represents a 5% increase over the previous quarterly cash dividend of 63 cents per common share and is the Company's 267th consecutive quarterly dividend.

McDonald's declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.94 per share of common stock payable on March 15, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 1, 2017.

Walgreens Boots Alliance (NASDAQ:WBA) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 37.5 cents per share, an increase of 4.2 percent over the year-ago period. The dividend is payable 10 March 2017 to stockholders of record 15 February 2017.

Starbucks Corporation (NASDAQ:SBUX) declared a cash dividend of $0.25 per share, payable on February 24, 2017 to shareholders of record as February 9, 2017.

DuPont declared a first quarter common stock dividend of 38 cents per share payable March 14, 2017, to stockholders of record Feb. 15, 2017.

Monsanto Company (MON) declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of 54 cents per share. The dividend is payable on April 28, 2017, to shareowners of record on April 7, 2017.
