In early trading on Wednesday, shares of Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) topped the list of the day's best performing components of the Nasdaq 100 index, trading up 5.5%. Year to date, Apple registers a 10.6% gain.
And the worst performing Nasdaq 100 component thus far on the day is Citrix Systems (CTXS), trading down 20.9%. Citrix Systems is lower by about 19.3% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Automatic Data Processing (ADP), trading down 5.3%, and Dish Network Corp (DISH), trading up 3.0% on the day.
