The PowerShares Dynamic Media Portfolio ETF (PBS) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Tuesday, with over 1.2 million shares traded versus three month average volume of about 44,000. Shares of PBS were up about 0.9% on the day.
Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Tuesday were Sirius XM Holdings (NASDAQ:SIRI), trading up about 1.7% with over 13.2 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Facebook (FB), down about 0.2% on volume of over 9.4 million shares. Scripps Networks Interactive (SNI) is the component faring the best Tuesday, higher by about 7.5% on the day, while National Cinemedia (NASDAQ:NCMI) is lagging other components of the PowerShares Dynamic Media Portfolio ETF, trading lower by about 1.4%.
