Lennox International (NYSE:LII) voted to declare a quarterly cash dividend of $0.43 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on April 17, 2017, to stockholders of record as of March 31, 2017.

Saul Centers (NYSE:BFS) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.51 per share on its common stock, to be paid April 28, 2017 to holders of record on April 14, 2017.
