Realty Income Corporation (NYSE:O) has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.211 per share from $0.2105 per share. The dividend is payable on April 14, 2017 to shareholders of record as of April 3, 2017.
STORE Capital Corporation (STOR) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.29 per share for the first quarter ending March 31, 2017. The dividend will be paid on April 17, 2017 to STORE Capital stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2017.
Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (CLI) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per common share for the period January 1, 2017 through March 31, 2017. The dividend will be paid on April 13, 2017 to shareholders of record as of April 5, 2017.
