Oracle declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per share of outstanding common stock, reflecting a 27% increase over the current quarterly dividend of $0.15. This increased dividend will be paid to stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 12, 2017, with a payment date of April 26, 2017.
Dollar General Corporation (NYSE:DG) approved an increase of four percent in its quarterly cash dividend to shareholders. The first quarter dividend of $0.26 per share will be payable on April 25, 2017 to shareholders of record of the Company's common stock on April 11, 2017.
Williams-Sonoma (NYSE:WSM) has authorized a 5% increase in the company's quarterly cash dividend. The quarterly cash dividend will be increased from $0.37 to $0.39 per common share and is payable on May 26, 2017 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 28, 2017.
Agilent Technologies (NYSE:A) announced that a quarterly dividend of 13.2 cents per share of common stock will be paid on April 26, 2017, to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 4, 2017.
Spirit Realty Capital (SRC) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per common share, representing an annualized rate of $0.72 per common share. Shareholders of record as of March 31, 2017 will receive the $0.18 cash dividend on April 14, 2017.
Pegasystems (NASDAQ:PEGA) announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share, maintaining the company's current dividend program. The Q2 2017 dividend will be paid on April 17, 2017 to shareholders of record as of April 3, 2017.
Lexington Realty Trust (NYSE:LXP) announced that it declared a regular common share/unit dividend/distribution for the quarter ending March 31, 2017 of $0.175 per common share/unit payable on or about April 17, 2017 to common shareholders/unitholders of record as of March 31, 2017.
