The Board of Directors of Raytheon has voted to increase the company's annual dividend payout rate by 8.9 percent, from $2.93 to $3.19 per share. The Board also authorized payment of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.7975 per outstanding share of common stock, to be paid on May 11, 2017, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 12, 2017.
The Board of Directors of McCormick declared a quarterly dividend of $0.47 per share on its common stocks payable April 24, 2017, to shareholders of record on April 10, 2017. McCormick's current annualized dividend rate of $1.88 per share represents an increase of 9% over the annual dividend of $1.72 per share paid in fiscal year 2016. This is the 93rd year of consecutive dividend payments by the Company.
City Holding Company, a $4.0 billion bank holding company headquartered in Charleston, yesterday declared a dividend of 44 cents per common share for shareholders of record as of April 14, 2017. The dividend is payable on April 28, 2017. The dividend represents a 2.3% increase from the 43 cents per share cash dividend paid in the fourth quarter of 2016.
Glacier Bancorp Board of Directors, at a meeting held on March 29, 2017, declared a quarterly dividend of $.21 per share, an increase of $.01 per share, or 5.00%. The Company has declared 128 consecutive quarterly dividends and has increased the dividend 41 times. The dividend is payable on April 20, 2017, to owners of record on April 11, 2017.
InterDigital, a mobile technology research and development company, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.30 per share on its common stock, payable on April 26, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 12, 2017.
