Silver Wheaton (SLW) has declared its first quarterly cash dividend payment for 2017 of US$0.07 per common share, an increase of US$0.01 relative to the previous quarterly dividend. The first quarterly cash dividend of US$0.07 will be paid to holders of record of Silver Wheaton common shares as of the close of business on April 5, 2017, and will be distributed on or about April 21, 2017.
NiSource (NYSE:NI) declared a quarterly common dividend payment of 17.5 cents per share payable May 19, 2017 to shareholders of record as of April 28, 2017.
The Toro Company (NYSE:TTC) announced that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.175 per share. This dividend is payable on April 12, 2017, to shareholders of record on March 31, 2017.
Versum Materials (VSM) has initiated a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on April 19, 2017 to stockholders of record at the close of business on April 5, 2017.
Commercial Metals Company (NYSE:CMC) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share of CMC common stock. The dividend is payable to stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 5, 2017. The dividend will be paid on April 20, 2017.
Scholastic Corporation (NASDAQ:SCHL) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share on the Company's Class A and Common Stock for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2017. The dividend is payable on June 15, 2017 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 28, 2017.
Altisource Residential (NYSE:RESI) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of common stock. RESI will pay this quarterly dividend on April 13, 2017 to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2017.
City Office REIT (NYSE:CIO) authorized a quarterly dividend of $0.235 per share of common stock and common unit of partnership interest for the first quarter of 2017. Additionally, the Board of Directors authorized a regular quarterly dividend of $0.4140625 per share of the Company's 6.625% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock. The dividends will be payable on April 25, 2017 to all stockholders and operating partnership unitholders of record as of the close of business on April 11, 2017.
